Seen the whole thing happen right in front of me, I hate to see 2 of my buddies cars get destroyed by some drunk, pot head redneck who thought it was sooooo coooool to jump the median and show off in front of his friends. And even funnier, right after the accident, he walks out of his truck and goes, "dont worry guys, my insurance will cover it". Motherfucker, you almost ran over bunch of people.
I think he will be getting more... I am not for unwarranted litigation but both owners need to file suit for gross negligence. On top of that small claims court for devaluation of property because of the accident. I assume the marijuana will be tacked onto the charges. The guy will not be well off after this is said to done. Insurance is going to cover a bunch but getting sued they are going to drop him like a rock.
It was really sad. The STi in white was so beautiful. The VW Caddy just amazing. I wish both of you good luck dealing with this crap. So sad to see.

HIM:" see what had happen was a buddy of mine tried to go over the median but got stuck, so i had to show him what was up. i got in my car went about 20mph and went over the median and the brakes didnt work for me"
COP:" Wtf were you thinking? are you fucking retarted?"

then i guess the owners of the vehicle came over and the cop was being rude to them

And if the cop was being a dick then you should have called dispatch back and requested that his superior be sent out. I've had to do it in clayton county before and its crazy how much their attitudes change when the person above them shows up

I believe that the cop knew them, he was trying to get the best deal for that redneck of his.
Yeah the cop was very rude. And I ended up calling the police again for them to send someone else out.
