Seen the whole thing happen right in front of me, I hate to see 2 of my buddies cars get destroyed by some drunk, pot head redneck who thought it was sooooo coooool to jump the median and show off in front of his friends. And even funnier, right after the accident, he walks out of his truck and goes, "dont worry guys, my insurance will cover it". Motherfucker, you almost ran over bunch of people.
I think he will be getting more... I am not for unwarranted litigation but both owners need to file suit for gross negligence. On top of that small claims court for devaluation of property because of the accident. I assume the marijuana will be tacked onto the charges. The guy will not be well off after this is said to done. Insurance is going to cover a bunch but getting sued they are going to drop him like a rock.
It was really sad. The STi in white was so beautiful. The VW Caddy just amazing. I wish both of you good luck dealing with this crap. So sad to see.
