Sounds like you want something for nothing! So what it was stolen and fixed like 90% or the other 99-00 civic si out there. I sold my 99 si last year bone stock for $7500 with a clean title and low miles if thats what your looking for you got to pay to play! And really your expecting a clean title new paint but No accidents and a kswap for 5500$ bwahahahha get real man!
