    Default Fallen IA member...dedication post...

    This morning, JITB called me about 9 am toinform that a cool friend of ours was killed yesterday. His name, on IA, was Him, but he hasn't posted here in a couple of years. His real name was Rej and he had a black Neon. He was in my car club in the day called Koncept Racing. Morgasm, Brett, Pablo, Julio, Lancer Rage I know all remember him. He was only about 23. Not sure of the details yet, but I do know it was a car accident(non-racing).

    Since this is my usual stomping grounds, I wanted to dedicate this post to a fallen friend. We'll miss you, homeboy. Later, QD.

    Sorry to hear that you know him.... I saw it on the news lastnight that he got into an accident with a Jeep Cherokee. His neon flipped over and waas still on the roof when the news guy was reporting from there.... It looked pretty bad....SORRY BRO....

    Got a little story to ay about one of my best friends..

    Met him in 8th grade, skinny littl lanky lookin dude,with no eybrows, who used to talk to me alot. When i first emt him he woudl talk sooo much and he got on my nerves. he would wear these funny colored buttoned up shirts.. Every sice 8th grade me and him have been close. Shortly after i met him he lost his mom... him and his family bounced back form that...And he was like a brother, anythign go down id callhim.. everyday He was the friend that everyoen has, that you call and ask "what you doin" everyday. The person you tihnk would never die, or you can see in the future gorwin old with and hangin out with and all that grown up shit together.

    This weekend he gave me a ride to go and pick up my new car and he drove my probe back home, and i was alittle upset wiht him b/c he drove it kind of hard... when the ar was sold, and i told him to go easy on it.. Tht siht means nothin now.. He always used to leave his big ass QT drinks in my car and they used to always waste on my floor. And then he would ask abotu his drink next time he saw me...that used to buig the shit out of me.

    Last nite, he called me to coem over and take him to auto zone..so he could get a gasket for his neon. And iw as gonan go over and take soem pics of our cars.. But i got downstairs and i didnt feel like getin it. So i get over ther hes workin on it as usual... Crank sensor wires were acting up... he fixed that up while i washed my car, and he asked me if i would help him do his brakes.... i said " hell naw" ha, and continued to wash my car. And i swear he did it in about 15 minutes..maybe less. WE drove off to anopther friends house, but before we left.. which is waht hurts me sooo much, he said "what u about to do?" iw as like what u doin?" he said he was goin to johnnys house and help him with ihs car. So he asked me if i broght the camera...i said "naw" i asked him if he was gonan come over my house and take pics. he said " dont matter" i was like nah...go ahead well do it later. like we had forever. And we headed over my firends house. Helped him wiht his car for awhile, than he was going to the movies with his gf, he wanted me to go... but i didnt have a female to go wiht soo i was like nahhh dont want to be a 3rd leg.... Sooo all three of us gave each other the "aight" and we headed out. I got in my car...he got in his and sped off... i was gettin in my car and i was like dam his car sounds nice.. he made the right out of the neighborhood....and that was it.

    Tryin to be up about it...never thought i would shed a tear over somethin but...its rough, and hard to believe.. i rememebr we were jokin around once, and said if we died, we would haunt the shit out of each other...and just do crazy shit...jsut jokin around and what not....im waitng for it....     I'm with ya, JITB.

    That damn Rej was something else. He was like the baby of all of us. Never looked old enough to do anything. He was one of the first members of Koncept Racing and stayed in it the whole time. Always helped everyone out and no one was left behind. He had a hell of a sense of humor. You could do anything and he would lol his ass off about it. He was definitely fun to hang around. He didn't get into a lot of shit(like bad stuff, no smoking, drinking, drugs). He was just a down to Earth dude. Again, RIP Rej. You'll sure be missed, man. Later, QD.

    Sorry to hear that. Although I didnt know him I have experienced the same thing. I lost a friend a few years back in a auto accident (non racing) not at the fault of himself. Some lady clipped him from behind and as he was sitting in the back seat, he was not wearing his seatbelt and got ejected. My lesson for life is to make sure you always wear your seatbelt...even if it is only around the corner.

    Maann...I just found out about this over the phone...my boy Greg called me...I can't believe this...I just saw him and now he's gone...I don't even know what to say...I can hear him in my head now...he would always say stuff like "real tight" in his own little way...made me laugh all the time...man...R.I.P. Rej...you will definately be missed.
