I was at a party friday night and was one of the last to show up so I blocked everyone in. Some people go to leave so I have to move my car out of the way. What I didnt know is that there was a cop sitting across the street watching. needless to say, b/c i was in my car and it was moving, I got my first DUI!! those bastards impounded my car and took me to jail. i just got out this morning. What a bunch of bullshit. anyway who ever reads this, thanks for letting me rant..

I would check that situation out, i think its illegal for the cop to sit and wait on people. I know for a fact that ti is illegal for a cop to sit by a bar waiting for someone to pull out to pull them over. Consult a lawyer and you should be able to get out of thsi one, or at least get the charges reduced.
