    nor yet man, i just got contacted by her insurance, and they are waiting on the police report. to take it from there....

    you shouldn't need one really...they will take care of you. Just make sure if anything aftermarket was done to the bike they pay for that stuff too if they try to screw you over and not pay....then you need to talk to somebody
