Unfortunately in today's society the only way to get any level of sub-par customer service is to be a dick. Take your paperwork in, show them where they screwed up and then throw a tantrum in their lobby until they agree to drop the excess charges. If your contract is up, I suggest you take your business elsewhere after they fix this.
