You left numerous comments for me about how I should "drop it because drama isn't worth it" over chang's little hissy fit, and you're gonna go ahead and bring personal matters like this onto IA?? With that being said, I'm not gonna assume anything because this is only one side of the story. I'm gonna have to agree with Echo on a couple things though. SOMETHING CAN ALWAYS GO WRONG. NEVER trust ANYONE with stuff that you say is not yours or that you NEED. You should've known that from the start. If it was THAT important to you, then you should've made her wait. Simple as that. On a serious note, everyone gets negative feedback all the time. They don't whine about it. Sure, you have a reputation. Sure, you might be falsely accused. Wtf do you think other salesmen and companies do when they get falsely accused or get negative feedback?? Go and whine about it? Doubtful. It's part of sales. You win some and you lose some. If you can't handle the negative side of it, then you shouldn't be doing it.

In this case, its slander not negative feedback b/c the buyer didn't read correctly, or at all, so the title "scammer" she gave the seller is not true. Therefore it is slander, as this affects his future business transactions. The info on the computer is his fault, but everything else is hers. To the buyer if she reads this, next time read more carefully. And as far as companies and salemen "whining about it" yes they do....its called suing for defamation in court.

I understand what you're trying to say, but negative feedback affects a business just as much as slander. And with a prior business transaction it isn't really slander, justified or not. It is a childish opinion maybe, but not slander. Sorry.

I don't know you or Adrienne or her bf, most the people I know on this site don't post anymore, but in all honesty, from an unbiased standpoint, I think posting and insulting at all are counter productive. I can understand you being pissed that you tried to be 'professional' and kind but the bottom line is you can't please some people, right or wrong. An example of this is when I worked at my dads car shop, some trailor park couple came in insisting that we sold them bad brakes wanting their money back and we said if they are bad let us change them for free blah blah blah but all they wanted was the money back. Some people just would rather be spiteful, and maybe thats not the case here but its a reality. Now, in all honesty, if I wanted to purchase something from you now, I probably wouldn't. God forbid we have a disagreement and it ends up becoming a drama tv series, its not worth it I'll go pay full price.

You may not care about my opinion and I'm not bashing you at all, I think you have every right to be pissed at the situation, but I think posting and then carrying this on for pages and throwing out insults doesn't prove your innocence but makes me question you. Responding to allegations is one thing, insulting someone for accusing you of something is completely different.

If I am dealing with someone who has some form of negative feedback like shes trying to give you, I'd simply be overly cautious, and if there was something I didn't feel right about, walked away there.

And in all honesty, if you think that I probably wouldnt want you buying anything from me either. I expect buyers to know what they are buying and be educated on the item they want, its not my fault they are ignorant. Since I had no wrong doing in this entire ordeal other than the fact I shouldnt have entrusted a person like her with valuable data.
