uploading a pic?

every since this shit has changed i cant upload a picture for shit. it always shows a red ! after i click upload, is the file too big or what? if 22kb is too big then wtf can you upload? i just tried reducing the pic size down to avatar size and still cant upload nothing, wtf is up with this shit???

Just link a image and use IMG i rarely use the upload on here

Just use like imageshack.us or tinypic.com choose a size,upload ya image and copy the IMG code then paste it wherever
