First of all, J Walking. That should not even be something to stop anyone over. If you can't cross the street as an ADULT by now, looking both ways before crossing then you really are an idiot. Yes I know it is a law but, that doesn't mean that it's a good one. You can get hit in the crosswalk and suing won't help if you're dead.

Second, Police have seven stages in the use of force. If the girl did not want to comply he has the right to use reasonable force one level above the woman he was trying to arrest which meant. O.C spraying her dumb ass. He was COMPLETELY WRONG for punching her. He could have used his Taser and been more right than punching her. I did not see him stop to call for back-up. And it is obvious that he should have and that the situation was elevating. You have to use common sense so that things like this don't happen. What is the whole purpose of police training if you can't learn to handle the situation properly. One of the girls could have easily stabbed his dumb ass, then what? If police can become emotionally unstable like that and it's fine, then there really is no need for training. But, they do go through training for situations like this and in tough situations it is best to fall back on it than to let someone get you re-assigned to a desk job or even fired. And it can be done.

Third, the last slave was freed June 1865, 145 years ago. Slavery lasted a lot longer than that. That's not including the years of racism and prejudice against black and the white people who wanted equal rights. Shit like that does fuck up a lot of people, especially if you listen to the stories of those who were personally involved (white and black). So race is gonna continue to come up for a while (even though it's not necessary for every black and white confrontation) and racism is still going to be around. Even though it is hidden by a shirt and tie, four walls of someones basement, the anonymity of the internet, and even the uniform of public servants. Nuff said there.

Fourth, damn people say some dumb shit on here(the site as a whole), haven't some of you graduated from college? I know it's different view but, damn. Have you researched your statement?

So I don't have to listen to cops if I think the law is dumb? What does that slavery shit have to do with these girls? I bet if they would have acted reasonable from the start it would have been nothing more than a slap on the wrist. They got what they had coming.

No you don't have to listen to the cops if you think a law is dumb, that is your decision.

The slavery part is for the "it's gonna be about race" comments made or soon to follow. And yes I do figure that if they would have acted reasonably they would have gotten a slap on the wrist, I won't refute that. I didn't even say that they were right in the situation. I said "J Walking. That should not even be something to stop anyone over. If you can't cross the street as an ADULT by now, looking both ways before crossing then you really are an idiot. Yes I know it is a law but, that doesn't mean that it's a good one". I further stated that "Police have seven stages in the use of force. Thanx for reading, come again.

    First thing.
"Third, the last slave was freed June 1865, 45 years ago." Is my math off?
    Second thing.
Read a few articles stating his backup showed up shortly after and helped.
    Third thing.
He was outnumbered, people were gathering and harassing him (like the guy on the video). She stepped in, he felt threatened, he made an example quick.
    Fourth thing.
No one cares if you think its a good or bad law, I could argue I don't wanna wear my seatbelt because its MY car and MY life but its the law, so we have to obey it. Whatever opinion you have on the matter is irrelevant.
    Fifth thing.
Don't resist when an officer is trying to put you in a car. Whether you were right or wrong, you went straight to way fucking wrong by doing so. You want to get him back? Stay calm, make mental notes of the situation, tell the judge in court and sue if its severe enough.
    Sixth thing.
My dad grew up in Lebanon where he had to fight in a militia. I've heard horror stories about diff religions, races, towns, cities, thats not an excuse to use it as hatred or a reason to be a complete fucking cock sucker. In my opinion, people who pull the race card are typically racist, because they feel that their ancestors earned them a free ride or something. Cry wolf one to many times, know what I mean? Shit gets old real fast.
    Seventh thing.
I'm hungry, but I have to leave for Pre-op, later fools.

    Of course I own this.

    1. No my math was off (corrected). Oh and don't forget the rest of what I said, not just one part.
    2. The video is what's being critiqued. When the news shows the vid, they dont' say back-up showed up later. Sorry.
    3. Even when outnumbered there are steps to take. You can't argue that point.
    4. No one has to care. I posted my OPINION.
    5. Truth.
    6. Not saying it's okay to pull the race card (unless racially motivated white or black) all the time because I get pissed off about a bunch of shit where jesse bitchass jackson steps in. But don't act like it doesn't and never existed.
    7. Pre-op. Damn surgery sucks.
    8. Anymore questions, comments about my post?

    Freeze frame at 1:50
Guy has a gun out in his hand standing there.
My point is, opinion doesn't change law.
The video isn't the only thing being critiqued otherwise you'd talk about how shitty it is on a phone vs a HD cam or the angles or motions or how you can't see enough, we're debating force being used by an officer, which the video captures. All things are relevant, IMO.
I never acted like it did or didn't exist, I'm stating pulling a race card is typically the action of a racist.

    Of course I own this.
