Spoke with the guy afterwards. Felt pretty bad for him since he seemed cool and not just your typical "lol 240 r 4 driftorz" douche. Said it was a three year project for the track or something. Swapped, upgraded boost, weld-in cage, electro-goodies, the whole nine. Everything in his unit got ate up too. Rims, tires, stock parts, and more. Didn't ask if he had insurance but after the shock settle down he seemed to have it all under control so I assume he's good.

The storage unit's firewalls actually held up pretty good consider the degree of the fire. Only the unit on the left had a hole burnt through it but nothing else was damaged. Crazy night.
