On christmas day, Little johnny gets the bicycle he's been wanting for a while, excited, he promptly goes out for a ride. A block from his house, an officer on a horse stops little johnny. The officer asks him; "Did Santa bring you that bike for christmas?" And with his chest poked out, little johnny proudly responded, "Yes Sir, cool isn't it"...The officer responds by writing little johnny a ticket and saying, "next time tell Santa to put a reflector on it."
Angry, Little Johnny asks the officer if Santa brought him his horse for christmas, amused, the officer responds with a chuckle, "why yes he did, cool isn't it?" Little johnny quickly responds "Well next year, tell him to put the dick underneath the horse, not on top"
