The domain registrar did take their domain offline during the legal proceedings, and once the admins got their domain back they actually gave it to Beck (they didn't have to, they just did it as a good faith gesture).

To be such a "right wing nut job" Beck sure does have a lot of viewers, readers, etc. You mean to tell me that millions of Americans are "nut jobs" and all suffering from the exact same condition?? . BTW the left wingers have had MULTIPLE 24 hour cable news channels devoted to their agenda for a while now. It just so happens that many more Americans tend to agree with and watch Fox.
