Default For those with experience in the field...

Ok me and my girl were shopping for groceries and we were picking up some ground beef and while examining this product I notice that on the label there are numbers/numbers what does it mean? I always get the all natural stuff but it says 85/15 and on the barcode it said 85% so...what does this mean?

It means 85% lean meat and 15% fat. Plain and simple and no I'm not BS-ing. Later, QD.

85/15 or 80/20 is about the best for grilling burgers...

I used to always go by that until last year when I made some bison burgers. It was so good and it was 90% lean. The thing is you have to like your meat a little red to eat it and get the most flavor.
