    uhhh i dont remember seeing that part in the reg. back i 08, all hate set aside, someone already got banned for that..""supposedly"", not 100% sure though

    Trust me its there. I banned many kids who broke that rule or were signed up and still underage. Hell theres probably a few hundred still waiting for there bans to get lifted!
