    absolutely not, but if they flat out post a picture of themselves in shorts, that shows they are an attention whore and that they are pretty much e-flirting as you stated, but if they wear shorts to an event and someone just randomly takes a picture of them and it happens to get posted as we all know they do, they could use that as an argument pretty much saying well, I didn't know they were going to take a picture or post it online and that they weren't wearing them to flirt with or get attention. But why mention that your going to do it but not just post the picture? I HAVE NO CLUE, because it is basically the same thing.

    True, I am guilty of it, but it's joking around and I do with my friend's who I know irl who know I am joking. We text about it while we are posting lol...I know when not to cross the line.
