    Default OMG...

    I am so happy and proud of myself. I have been wanting train and try to get a position in our research department for 2 years now. They finally allowed a bunch of us to take a test to be considered to start training classes for that dept. Not guaranteed a position, but it is one step closer to that dept. Well I passed and have been offered to start training classes. YAY! I am sooooo excited! Just wanted to share my good news!

    Thanks.

    It is crazy, I pulled out my old training manual and a lot of stuff in it I do not remember ever going over it. Being on the phones is completely different then what you learn in training class lol.

    It is called the research dept. Like if a client says we drafted there bank account for $200 and the phone reps (which I am now) don't see it and we tell them to send in there bank statement for further review, I would be the one doing the further review (research department)...
