not really, when i was driving once and i left my liscense at home and got pulled over for speeding ( explained i had a liscense) yadda yadda, i tried to just pay it off, they said since its a citation, i have to show up for court, paid the lil fine for speeding and got the liscense thing thrown out, just take pics of you " uninstalling" the N20...and they may throw it out, just make you pay court costs..
