My car died

Part 1: the breakdown
So on the way home from the Varsity meet we (arsolan (sp?), josh, & yousef) ran into an S4 so I decide to run him. Well I beat him still in 5th, then decided see how much distance I could put in 4th....pulling, pulling, pulling, knocking boom boom boom, car bck fires 3 times. Apparently I shot some nice sized flames. As soon as I see knock I left off shift to 5th and countinue to drive normally, for all of about 3 seconds.......then the car dies skipping ahead we push the car to a gas station where I find a little oil in cylinder #2 but nothing else appears to be wrong. We had also tried to push start it (starter is going bad and we wanted to rule that out as a possiblity), it repeatedly started for 2-3seconds and died

Part 2: The tow-truck
Well as we are nearing the gas station walker just happens to be there (thank god I don't think we could have pushed it 1 more step). Soooo Arsolan hooks me up with a tow through AAA (BIG thanks for that). So while we wait charles drives by on is nightly cruise down barrett (hehe, not really sure where he was going) and joins the help the broken DSM club and lets me use his tools to check the spark plugs. Fast foward 1-2 hours, and the tow truck arrives (with out 2x4s, as requested). And well ended up fucking up my bumper with these short wooden ramp things he had (although in all honestly it's not really bad, but still ) Well to make a long story short he tried dicking us around because he didn't want to loose his job, and ended up driving away!!! Only to drive up the dead end street and shut off his lights where he sat for about 45mins. We later found him up there on our search for 2x4s. Finally another tow truck came and my car is safe at home...broken

lmao.... man that sucks. ya those AAA tow trucks seem to always be forgetting shit.. I always request a flat bed, and i'm lucky if they send it the first time... and when they do send the flatbed they NEVER have any boards..

And thanks for everyone's concerns. I dunno exactly what the problem is, but i'm gonna try and do some more investigating. I either want a built 2.0 or a built 2.1, but I can't afford the latter. So we'll see.

hmm....I didn't know anything about it smoking. Well there wasn't much I could do today, not until I get my compression gauge back tommorow. The thing is I'm not sure if te oil on the spark plug has anything to do with this problem or not...there isn't a lot of it on there, that may just be a coincidence. The reason I'm thinking this is because it doesn't start (well for more than a couple of seconds). If it were just the one cylinder it would still start, so I dunno, kinda makes me think it might something like a crank angle sensor or 02 or somthing. Anyways I should be able to tell if it is engine internal or not after I do a compression test tommorow. If it ends up being something internal I might have to take you guys up on some of these offers
