    ALL CHARGES DROPPED!!!!!!!!

    we were reallly surprised because my charges included:
    PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS
    CRIMINAL TRESPASS
    SIMPLE BATTERY
    FLEEING OR ATTEMPT TO ELUDE OFFICER

    I just heard about a guy in Gwinnett that got 10 years probation for 'Conspiracy to purchase 6 ounces of Marijuana'. meaning he was going to buy 6 ounces, but the cops busted him before he could...

    yes it doesnt make sense, here's a little more the story for those of you interested.

    he was there with some buddys getting the big purchase, then someone pulled a gun. somebody got got in the head, died on spot, another shot in the arm, hospitalized. reason why he got 10 years is because he was associated with the murder charge, but was later dropped. leaving him one charge and 10 years felony probation.
