2200 square feet two story condo. Also there is a common room that is separated by a nonload bearing wall that is being sold to me for cheap, so, I'm going to be increasing my condo by another 600-800 square feet and adding a nice little game room in the next few months..

As for the garden tub comment, I'm redoing the bathrooms so what it has now is irrelevant. It was owned by a football player who apparently stood at 5'5". I'm not a tall guy but if my head is about to hit the god damn shower head, there are some issues.
