i cant help the fact that people get scared and make crazy faces when i shoot a flare at their car which makes me laugh. And not a way to treat peoples lives? you wouldnt last very long if you are so against enforcing the rules, yeah let people do what they want to avoid shooting a tiny little flare at their windshield.
