How many points is Expired Tag Ticket?

Forgot all bout renewing my tag after my bday. (Feb 28)

Got ticket on March.4th for expired tag..

wondering if it will put any points on my license.?

If you renew it before your court date they'll drop the whole thing since its less than 30 days expired. No fine, points, or anything.

none, its not a moving violation. you only accumulate points for moving violations in GA.

It cost me 28$ dollars and no court as long as you have a tag before your court date

I had an expired tag and got my tags done the next day after I got the ticket. When I went to court with proof I had my tags done they dropped it but as QD said it isn't always a given.
