    um yea..i was the one driving on 316 going 35 in a 65 wit ppl passing me..why? cuz my car was spinning out of control even wit the new tires..get 0 traction

    ok that i understand but on oakland there was no slush or snow stuck on the street and people still goin 10miles like if its a blizzard
