Nope not saying that at all. if you watch the video, it has been cut and edited for TV. Officers have the right to get you out of the car on the side of a busy highway for there safety and yours. The kid didnt want to do what they asked him to do. They asked did he have anything on him, he stated NO. Then he reachs for his pockets. They move him against the car and then they say they are going to release him if he relaxes and keeps his hands on the vehicle. They release him and he takes his hands off the vehicle. The guy deserves to be smacked around for not listening. What part of that is bad? Yes I will admit the Knee was uncalled for. But other then that, it looks like a routine traffic stop where an asshole kid thought he was smarter then the officers and thought he could do anything he wants b/c he pays taxes.
