my first one, a girl in some expedition or something pulled out in front of me when i was going like 50 and i hit her head on.

the second one i was cut off by a black suv and when i hit my breaks, my breaks locked and my car skid and hit a concrete divider. the whole suspension on the one side was shot.

no idea right now. i just got the check from the insurance company today, but it isn't as much as i think i should get. when i go on to KBB or NADAGuides my car has a higher value than what I got for it, so i am talking with my claims adjuster to see what we can do about that. until then, im stuck driving my mom's jeep wrangler :/

yep they do. maybe youll get a really good one for a really good price this time also. if you have any pics of your car before hand, id get those printed out and get the kbb and nadaguides prices. let them know what condition it was in and why they should give you more.
