I agree with Mike 100%.

Unless you have a projector headlamp (I'm assuming you don't based on the vehicles in your signature), running headlamps in a reflector style housing is a big no-no.

If I was a LEO, I'd be "that" guy everyone hates since I'd give everyone using an HID kit in a reflector housing a citation.
