You need to have a level head, be a hard working self-motivated person. Most guys when they become a Mod, first thing they do is go on a power trip (read peoples PM's, ban people for nothing, etc). Then after a while they get lazy and do nothing, but they are more than happy to cash that pay check every month. 1k for a part-time job??? Who doesn't like that??? But it is hard to play around on a site you love, yet have to reign it in at the same time.


And 40,000 members generate a lot of bullshit.
