Anyone Speak Korean? I need EMERGENCY HELP

My mom is on her way back to US and now stuck at Seoul, Korea due to some weather thinggy. I can't get in contact with her. I have the # of the hotel but everyone speaks Korean and not a single one speaks English.

Ok, heres what you need. Im not sure if I can get in trouble here at work for dialing long distance out of states, so until I find out heres a translation of what you need. You need to be very careful how you say this.

You need to sound out EXACTLY how its spelled.

yeah i went to another site and saw that it was just the symbols... i didnt know if it would display like or not... but seeing as how it is korean that would make sense to show the symbols...
