Default New Ads have a Trojan in them

I am getting notices from Kaspersky on every page now on IA. This did not happen until today. It is a Trojan bundled into the ad at the top of the page. It is JSRedirector.

I found some information on it - Google Syndication / Kaspersky issue. Apparently, it started this morning on a lot of sites. Kaspersky's forum has a lot of posts on it.
My guess now is that it is a Kaspersky bug.

well i guess you arent using internet explorer (since you havent stated). i have avast on my personal computers and mcafee here at work and have not received any notifications. i do know that with IE you can see trojans and viruses that other browsers will not pick up.

Kaspersky is security/anti-virus, not browser. I am on IE8, but this is not an issue with the browser.

i know what kaspersky is lol. try using firefox and/or chrome once your computer is clean and tell if you even see it again. ie8 could be your issue. my because this happened on a gaming forum i was a part of about 2 years ago. only those that used ie could see the trojan and those that used other web browsers never saw it.

either way. whoever is running this server should then do a maintenance scan to see where the trojan is located. its just using your cookies as a back door to your computer.

That is one of the worst ones you can have, if anything it attracts viruses. Did it to my computer and tons of others.

Ok, you obviously did not read the link I put in earlier, nor understood my replies.
There is no problem with my computer. No viruses or trojans on it.
IE is not determining what Kaspersky is reporting as a trojan.
Kaspersky's latest update is giving a false positive to the Google Adsense ads that are used on this site. There is nothing wrong with the ads, but Kaspersky is flagging them as a trojan.
The admins do not need to do a maintenance scan. Once Kaspersky sends out an update, the ads will no longer trigger as a trojan.

oh my god not this again. I got an iPod touch for xmas. Hardly use it. Went to show my dad something on it one day, and the home button just doesnt work anymore. Yea, Apple products are so good, especially when they break if you dont use them for a week.
