    Default so i got a call from dekalb county......

    courts about the accident i was involved in on august 18th. the guy that hit me (name withheld ,cause he's screwed enough as it is) has his arraignment(sp?) on NOV. 10. the charges that stand as as follows:
    1) speeding
    2) failure to maintain lane
    3)driving with a suspended/revoked license
    4) D.U.I.
    5) driving under the influence of drugs
    6) i forgot what that one was, 'cause the charge was a long one involving "roadways"

    i'm called forth to be a witness for his trial.....though technically i'm the victim.

    for those that forgot or dont know what accident i'm talking about....
