hmm let me see, i rode in a stock car at 160mph at lowes and the g's were so bad that i couldnt even turn my head to look next to us, and the track was so bumpy i couldnt even see strait. I'd like to see you do that at 200mph like those guys will be doing at Atl. this weekend within 6 inches of each other

LOLOLOOL hahaha i know, but most of the time ga 400 is moving at -25mph!!!! I have to admit i hit 130 one night on the "Watermelon 400" at like 2 am (yea i know nothing to be proud of since i could have killed myself) but it was fun and 400 was empty.
NASCRAP isn't where it's at as far as really racing. For that, you should go to BTCC or any other TCC's overseas. Later, QD.

I agree, the touring car guys are very talented also, i have much respect for anyone that can drive at high speeds for a long period of time around curves and within inches of other cars and still avoid death. Nascar is also in this cat. also.
It's just waaaay too boring. There is no real purpose in driving in circles all day. There is more skill in the touring car racing, if, for nothing else, you can actually turn right.
I can go to any of the races in Atlanta(I work for Budweiser), but if I get tix, I usually give them away or sell them. Later, QD.

I'm going to the Busch race on saturday.
For all the haters, Nascar is the 2nd largest spectator sport in the US, 2nd to only the NFL. Ok so maybe road courses require more skill, but they are not as fun to watch in person. The oval was designed so you can watch the entire race from your seat (not just watch the pack go by for 10 seconds every couple of mins). I don't care you can compare it to wrestling if you want. It's entertainiment. It's a mans soap opera you could say. If F1 is so superior how come they are struggling to stay afloat?
And don't let QD fool you he has a huge #8 tattooed on his back that he covers up now.

Dude u have no idea what u are talking about, F1 is the most tech. advanced form of racing out there. Were do think the shit that is on ur import comes from. From there testing and research. Plus F1 is not struggling to stay afloat, its only a couple of the race teams not all of F1. Plus i think there is a lot more skill involved in F1 then in NASCAR. In NASCAR u just go around a oval as fast as u can and try to get ahead and only pit to get gass and a new set of tires to go around and around agian. I could be wrong cuz i dont care to watch it and thats my opinion sorry. And I think it is also cuz i am not from the south, i am not trying to start shit just saying my opinion thats all.L8t

lol, well Im going by word of mouth, but my girlfriend Modeled for AOL at some Nascar events last year, and she said there were so many trashy pot bellied beer carrying, dip chewin rednecks, that she hated it lol
^and i belive every word of that i myself love rally racing. but nascar is about as entertaining as watching the weather channel 6 hours straight. and why they stay afloat :jerkit: man look at the audience who watchs nascar as nemesis says that would explain everything.
I'd still rather be around that audience than an NFL audience.

everyone that keeps saying the only people that go to nascar are nasty rednecks have you seen the suites overlooking the track...i can promise you those are not nasty rednecks shelling out thousands of dollars to sit in that room and watch the race....also nascar is nice cause if someone passes or someone wrecks you can see it no matter what...in touring cars the best way to watch it is on tv otherwise the only way you know somthing happened is when they come back around the track a few minutes later and a car is missing or in a different position

whenever there is a sports event, u see more white people riding marta than anyone else..especially a braves or GT vs some rival team..looks like the inside of a friggin twinkie
plus, u havent seen anything or been on adventure till u ride a NYC train after midnight!
