ahhhhhh im to lazy, come on post them lol ill check them later....
soooooo what brings u to IA?
oooooooooooooooooooooh ok, yea most girls on here "like" cars too, some are attention whores, are u one?? lol
well it depends what kind of help you are looking for, some people only know study or do specific things on cars or to cars... & yea true, local people are better.
hey i have to get off now, u got a pm tho, nice chatting with you, talk later
lol i like attention but in a good way, not the slutty way. (as do most people)
well lets say i need help changing my springs. i weigh about 106lbs. im not going to accomplish much on my own ... lol. so i come here and like, "who ever the hell is bored and wants to help me swap springs hit me up"
u know? or just ask questions about technicality and mechanics. see if anybody has done anything that can help me decided if i want to do something. get some opinions and make some friends!
i made it pretty clear im not looking for a guy.
ok im back for now lol
lol so what attention do u like if say in a good way?
& oh ok changing springs is kind of simple if you have the right tools..
opinions are great, but you should make your ride, YOUR RIDE you know?
like why should someone's opinion count? lol just saying but yea it help's at times
& not trying to hook up with you, just making friends here.. :goodjob:
but what made your like cars? & what made you pic your recent car?
just the friend kind of attention :) u know like "hey whats up? " type.
and yeah it is, but i doubt ill be able to break the bolts to drop the control arms to get them out. lol.
yeah opinions are great. and it will always be my ride.
ive liked cars since i was a little girl and my ex bf got me into the realm of cars. i've been hooked ever since!. well, i had a scion tc. and i put about 3k in parts on it and like 2 weeks after i was done, i was rearended on 285 and by mexicans reading a map and they totalled the car. :( anyways i was saw this '05 blue sti i really liked and i took the total money and went with my dad to put a payment down on the car the next day. well, by the time we got there, the car was sold 15 minutes before :( anyways this lady showed me a crossfire. and i loved it. it was basically a mercedes in chrysler clothing and it was a good car. i initally wanted something that would be easy to tune up, like a civic or a 240, and yes sti's included; but i decided i'd earn more respect bringing a car into the tuner realm that isn't typically in here. so i got my car and i love her. she was rearended back in august. it took about 5 months to fix her. 17k later (i bought the car for 14.9K) i get the car back. anyways they're going to send out an adjuster person and decide what to do with her. so i may not have her for that much longer. <3 but im glad i have her now.
lol i see, im so jealous
yeah thats true, but you can have fun now
Die thread... Die.
oh ok, well hey! lol
you can break the bolts off that, just believe in yourself (you might need a 4foot breaker bar & all your body weight but you can do it)
i have taught alot of my (girl) friends how to work on their own cars so yea, i know from experience it ain't easy to teach a girl something but has taught me patient is key to your success, so if you can't do it the first time, do it again don't give up.
& as far as your car goes, i saw the pics, looks nice i hope you can keep it, such a nice car, have not worked on the Super Charged one yet, but have worked on those cars before.
But in case you don't get to keep your car, since your a beginner to the world & tuning, i would most likely tell you to get a 240sx, Civic, Accord, or Del Sol, something with a lot of after market support, something that would have a lot of bolt-on parts, it's easier on your mind when installing parts, then you start to get the idea of how to work on cars that way, then you venture out to the unknown & start doing your suspension work, its fairly easy once you know what you are doing. Just research a lot before doing anything, read about how to do something, then go for it. you got my support! :D
I feel like I'm dieing.
Head cold + 6 hours sleep in 3 days + spending 6-8 hours a day on a dozer = FML
I'm waiting on my Nyquil to kick in right now, have to be at the local dealership to pick up my loaner Kawi by 8, then be ready to race by 11.
Alright... lights outtt time.
