63 in a 40 when i was 17yo, i was late to school and was going at a ''spirited'' pace through Duluth... needless to say, they're extremely harsh when it comes to speeders under the age of 21, even more harsh than Gwinnett county... It was lowered from 23mph over to 20mph over by the solicitor in court and i still had to do 20hours community service, watch the teen driver's video made by GA state trooper's office, $500.00 fine, had to write an essay on the video, and take a defensive driving class all in a 2month time period or they were gonna suspend my license for 6months. I kept it though. And i still got the 3points on my license too, and im still under 21 lol so no more of getting caught doing anything for me or its bye-bye license for at least 6months...!
