I hate when people come up to me and ask for a smoke. What makes this ok? If you walked up to some stranger and asked "hey you got a candy bar i could bum" you would be like uhhh wtf

Thats pretty much every street corner in daytona! i watched a dude walk up to an off duty and ask that.. all i saw was dude walk up all with a gangsta limp and then take off runnin droppin weed everywhere.. i couldnt stop laughin! specially since i stayed there to watch the cop walk him back to the car!
