OK WELL IF YOU HEAR OF SOMEONE HAVING TROUBLE TELL THEM TO DO A:
- CLEAN DISK (START > PROGRAMS > ACCESSORIES > SYSTEM TOOLS > DISK CLEANUP
- THEN RESTART
---- IF THAT DOESN'T WORK ----
- YOU CAN TRY OPENING UP IE EXPLORER > TOOLS (TOP OF SCREEN) > INTERNET OPTIONS > DELETE COOKIES / DELETE FILES
- THEN RESTART
