It could extend to things beyond just ethnicity...so it may not be "racist" per se, but it's not exactly open-minded either. The idea of "no mixing" though is running that line.

If it's a personal preference...then that's her thing, but if she's going to go and denounce others for such a thing then I would see it as a problem.

Why complain? If she only wants to date Hispanic guys then there's more left for you anyway!
