What motivates you at work....

I do all the optimization and cost savings models for the company. I'm only a big deal when I am working with a region, lol.

They are like "Oh, hey Mr. Analyst man, we needs monay but sales are dropping. Can you haz helps us?". Once I save them a few $$, they call back for more.

Still not motivating. Now the thought of my bonus does put a grin on my face.

bonus's tend to make ou but that only last for so long... i love it b/c i'm rarely ever bored as there is always something new to do.
