Guy was suppose to show up yesterday afternoon and no one showed. Just got off the phone with my landlord and let him know how I felt. We've been in the house for 3 years and have never been late on rent. I'm feed up with him and told him we were not paying this months rent until everything in this house is fixed. Leaking facets, 3 eyed stove, gauge door and Heat. This house is only 4 years old. The damn garage door opened stopped working yesterday too so I have to manually open the damn door to get my car out. WTF.

I'm going to start looking for a new place today and see if I can find something cheaper and closer to work.
