    that whole 4g marketing plot hasnt gone to well.. neither has clear..lmao...

    Sprint is fucked man.. they need to do something to get out of the bad customer rap.. i think sprint has great service.. but damn.. they have been trying so hard to get oout of that bad customer shit for a long time..

    Whats bad is , you walk into a Sprint store, and it feels so ghetto and unproffesional..

    You can start with every Newnan store. I took my Palm in because somehow at the varsity the mic and speaker went out. After waiting 30 minutes the chick takes my phone attempts to strip it completely to check for water damage then only put half the screws back in it. This took 45 minutes for her to do. Her reply was oh well your getting another one. I go back a week later never got a call saying it was in to get them changed out. The phone wont sync the contacts so again they tell me to wait for another one to come in. 15 minutes later I get to my house they call and say sorry it was our syncing machine that was messed up. Back to the store I go to get the refurbished one. Once there they tell me I have to take it while they hold my credit card to another sprint store to get my contacts synced. This store was just as bad, horrible attitudes minimum knowledge. An hour later I'm back on my way to the other Sprint store give her the busted one take my new to me one and leave pissed and over Sprint. I have had way better service with sprint in different locations but a kindergarten class could of performed better than this group of idiots.
