I wouldn't come to IA for Real Estate advice... But neways make sure if you get it that you can afford and are allowed to rent under the rules and regs. of the HOA or POA or whatever the building management is called. I have a townhouse in Duluth that just sits there while I'm 17th on a list to rent it out. Blah.
