unfortunately at Chick fil A, if a customer insists, we basically have to use the coupons as the value of the free item. IF it says buy a Large Coke Zero and a medium fruit cup and get a Cahrgrilled sandwich (3.45) for free, you can buy any large coke product, the fruit cup, and get $3.45 off of whatever item you add to the order after that if you don't want the chargrilled sandwich. I hate how people abuse this when they're getting something free. you tell me I get a free ______ , then GREAT! I will take it as is or refuse the offer altogether, I don't htink people have a right ot get pissy and picky over something that they're getting a deal on anyway. I'll even get people who will order $40 of food, and use ALL 12 of the callendars ($35 worht of coupons) basically as cash off of the big order. (this years calendar, all the coupons are for free shit, none of that buy this and get that free b.s.)
