    i'm getting ready to take some tylenol pm and hit the bed. ready for this day to be over. ugh, i hate work

    anywho - i guess you made it home safely heather. that is good, how is your arm?

    yeah i made it back to hell ok...and the arm is ok...still hurts but its there so i guess thats good
