you de realize if anything were to have happened you would have been charged with road rage. since your the one who escalating it to the next level by getting out of your car. you didnt have to get out. and if you can change lanes within a safe distance your suppose to slow and and change lanes. aka behind the guy. not in front by cutting him off. geez IA is getting fucking stupid every day. i think a lot of poeple need to read the rules of the road again. holy fuck.... yes...
