The question that needs to be answered though is why Blacks are more prone to crime? Which comes down to lack of opportunities for employment/education in Black communities. And also, drugs that are considered "Black" carry higher penalties. Crack carries a stiffer penalty than Meth even though they are both just as bad. And studies show that Blacks get tougher sentences than Whites for the same crimes.

there is no excuse for crime; not even environment/cultural differences. 1/3 of black male community will spend time in a correctional institute b/c they CHOSE to not b/c the MAN is holding them down. sometimes i wish this country would spend one day as a dictatorship so people will STFU b/c all of the fucking idiots in the USA would be lined up and shot in one day.
