Honestly the problem w/ this society is we proudly promote division in our country. Everything from affirmative action to education grants and business in general. It isn't just white/black but all races. I work for a privately owned company w/ Iranian owner and we couldn't get minority status w/ the companies we work w/ if we wanted. Now if it was owned by a Black/Hispanic Woman then we could. This is just one scenario. The point being if you want to find the answer to the problem we need to do away w/ everything that attaches itself to race/ethnicity.
