    Aye, that's how I started gaining weight. Muscle Milk ftw. Cookies and Cream or the Chocolate Mint. 30 something pounds in a year.

    My roommate tries a different "omg this makes you huge, blasts your skin open to show muscles, makes your blood 324 times as effective, makes your pumps more explosive, shortens your recovery time and washes your car" powder every time. Think about where you want to be and what you want to accomplish then pick something out.

    And I know a guy who wanted to do roids but was scared to "do them wrong" (A-Rod claimed this is why it's okay he did them) and wanted to have nursing students inject him.
