actually.... i heard of this before..... if they write you a ticket..... you have grounds for a broken lease and your not responsible.... as well as harassment if you send a certified letter to the leasing office.....
im sur ein your lease is says how many spots you are allowed to use..... YOU ARE RENTING THOSE SPOTS NO MATTER IF YOU DRIVE A SCHWINN OR A BOAT unless theres a clause about low cars....
