    Anyone has any side effects??

    I been taking it for about 4 months and that is the only issue i have....

    It has made me gain weight, mostly water weight/muscle volume

    The head I just recently put on there had a Bad ECT switch and also Vtec SOLENOID was bad..

    All i need is a Solenoid now.

    If my car is a POS because my Solenoid is bad... WOW.

    Ive had random cramps from using creatine monohydrate but have switched to a creatine which dismisses the water weight and puts on solid muscle mass

    Havent taken creatine in a while but cant really remember it giving me gas. Protein on the other hand.....

    BTW what kind of creatine are you taking? GNC stuff?

    Creatine will just give you water weight and bloat you, after you stop taking it all the weigtht you gained will go away. I prefer pre-workout drinks with creatine laced in them: super pump 250, N.O. Xplode, N.O. Shotgun
