It always says your eligable. Just means that you can go argue in court that you did not deserve to loose your license. You on the other hand wont be seeing your license for awhile! Which is a great thing. Your not even 21 yet and already have over 15 points. Means you loose it, and then in 1 year when you go to get it back again, you loose it again for ANOTHER 6-12 months!
